Kaalex Ash-Green is a certified Transformation Life Coach and art facilitator who is passionate about using creativity to catalyze and encourage healing. Through guided art creation, she creates safe spaces where people feel free to reflect and express themselves. Kaalex believes that everyone deserves to have environments curated with them in mind, especially populations who have historically received inadequate care.

“In the words of Zora Neale Hurston, “There is no agony like bearing an untold story inside you.”

Creativity and art help us express the parts of ourselves we cannot put into words.

Kaalex has experience creating culturally competent workshops that are focused on self-care and self-expression for children and adults. She has worked with artists to help them through life transitions and artist’s block, co-authored publications, and given presentations including “The effect of time on the creative process” and “An Integrative Framework for Creating Visual Art.”

Kaalex is dedicated to building community with the populations she supports. She uplifts and accompanies others on their journey through life, working hand in hand to develop the tools needed to navigate the challenges they face. Kaalex wishes to not only use art as a healing force and to guide others, but to also be the Coach that helps them to thrive and grow.
