Artful Awakening Sessions are customized programs for your site, engaging groups of 5 - 15 people in hands-on creativity with fun and accessible projects—such as collage or yarn art.—while exploring themes such as self-care, life transitions and emotional regulation. Using art as a healing force, Kaalex acts as a guide and facilitator, uplifting and accompanying participants on their individual and group journeys. Sessions support emotional healing, cultivate healthy interpersonal skills, facilitate self-expression and and strengthen self-confidence.

All packages include a 30-minute planning call with Kaalex to select the art projects and mental health topics that fit your venue and participants. Sessions are currently available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Payment for packages to be arranged during the planning call.
